Stack STRATEGY

Stacks are nutrient packed recipes that are easy to understand and prepare. Each layer of the stack has a benefit and serves a purpose. Anyone will be able to mix and match ingredients within this framework to create a nutritious stack that satisfies the mind and fuels the body.

Vegetable Layer

Vegetables and greens are major components of any dietary guidelines and there is a good reason for it, they are nutrient dense. They contain fiber, vitamins, minerals and phytochemicals that are essential for efficient and energized operation of our mind and body.

Protein Layer

Proteins are essential for nerve and muscle growth and maintenance. They also provide satiety and help with regulating blood sugars. Our stacks compose of planetary proteins that are sustainable and multifunctional for increased efficiency.

Carb Layer

Carbohydrate is the fuel for our body and essential for proper brain and body function. Stacks put a keen focus on carb to protein ratio, the two layers that provide great benefit if consumed at correct levels for our body needs. Too much or too little of either may have short and long term physical, mental and emotional impacts.

Getting good amount of fiber is a big part of our Stack design. Choosing ingredients that increase fiber intake increase our energy level by reducing the stress on digestive system, stabilizing blood sugar and optimizing overall health.

Our food feeds our bodies but we often don’t realize that our brain is part of our body that also needs to be fed. Every one of our Stacks is designed with ingredients that enhance brain health and agility.

We continuously assess how our Stacks improve immunity, from the ingredients that boost immunity to the balance of carbs, protein and fiber that lead to an energized mind and body. A mind and body that arre energized and agile have better defences compared to a tired and exhausted ones.
