Meals
A Stack of ingredients combining basic and super foods to nourish your body and mind. A meal Stack combines planetary protein such as legumes with vegetables, fruits, nuts and healthy fats. Every Stack is packed with fiber, vitamins, minerals, and nutrients that the body needs to stay energized, focused and well-nourished.
Snacks
Snacks are a vital component of healthy eating, a boost between the meals to fuel the body and bridge the hunger gaps. It is easy to understand the benefit of snacks but choosing the right snack is not as easy.
We design Snack Stacks that provide the needed energy and brain boost mid-morning or mid-afternoon. Efficient and nutrient rich snacks that eliminate the sugar crave, complement daily protein requirements and provide the balanced carb needed to fuel you with energy.

Vegetable Layer
Vegetables and greens are major components of any dietary guidelines and there is a good reason for it, they are nutrient dense. They contain fiber, vitamins, minerals and phytochemicals that are essential for efficient and energized operation of our mind and body.

Protein Layer
Proteins are essential for nerve and muscle growth and maintenance. They also provide satiety and help with regulating blood sugars. Our stacks compose of planetary proteins that are sustainable and multifunctional for increased efficiency.

Carb Layer
Carbohydrate is the fuel for our body and essential for proper brain and body function.
